Its been a month since i first got my neo netbook. So far im doing good with it.
Here are some of the issues that i encounter:
Bluetooth
The issue on the lack of built in Bluetooth is not anymore an issue for me coz i already have my Bluetooth usb dongle. I have tried to look for usb dongle, and found out that Bluetooth usb dongle is now also getting smaller and smaller in size just like how miniature digital gadgets are into right now.
Wi-fi
First i have a difficulty to connect to the internet using wifi connections from a coffe shop. Found out that windows 7 needs to configure first the wifi connections from your pc to the servers pc.
Microsoft office
With the pre installed office 2007 edition for 60 days trial makes harder for me to work on documents, so what i did was i just installed cracked version of office 2007 which i bought just from the sidewalk selling pirated dvds, pc installer and other media.
Keyboard
With most of the netbooks being small and compact, and since im used to work on a desktop pc. It seems that my fingers are having a hard time pressing the keys. But i guess just need time to adjust on this. Or else i just need to buy an external usb keyboard or a wireless which im also planning to buy one for me. As what ive seen in the pc stores, most wireless keyboards has come in handy with a wireless mouse too. Cool right?
DVD ROM/DVD RW
With the lack of dvd drive, im having a problem installing programs. So what i did was i copied the software that i want to install to my computer to my 160 GB mass memory and installed it to my netbook via usb. Thats so easy men. But what if i don’t have another pc with dvd drive in it? Iw ould go internet cafe? That’s a hazzle for me So i guess i should just have to buy an external usb dvd drive for my new neo netbook so i can do program installation hazzle free. Right digital Buddy.
USB port
My neo netbook has only 2 usb port, that makes hard for me if i use external usb mouse, my flash drice usb, a cool pad, and and my smart bro at the same time. So i tried to look for a usb port extensions, and there i found a cool pad that comes with 4 usb ports. I guess that could solve my problem with the limited usb port that my new neo netbook has to offer.
